Vince is a personal assistant built and used by one person, Omar Madjitov, through his company Avid Tech USA. It is not offered to the public, and the only data it holds is his own.
What Vince reads
Only the accounts Omar connects himself: his Google calendars, Gmail, Drive and contacts, and the tasks, reminders and messages he gives Vince. Vince reads them to keep his schedule, tasks and follow-ups in order.
Where it is kept
In Omar's own database (Supabase, United States). Sign-in tokens for connected accounts are encrypted before they are stored. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or used for advertising.
Who processes it
To answer Omar, Vince sends the relevant text to Claude through Omar's own Claude subscription (Anthropic). Texts travel through Claw Messenger, and the app is hosted on Cloudflare and Fly.io. Omar's own PostHog account gets usage and error data so he can see when Vince breaks: the dashboard's page views and errors, recordings of the dashboard with every word, input and picture hidden, the app's errors and uptime checks, and for each of Vince's answers which model answered, how long it took and whether it worked, without its words. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Google user data
Vince's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide Vince's features to Omar and is never used to train AI models.
Google data does not go to PostHog. The one exception is a debugging switch only Omar can turn on for himself: it adds the words of his conversations with Vince, with work email, addresses and phone numbers removed and every email, event or file Vince read left out, though Vince's own replies can still mention what one said.
Removing data
Disconnecting an account in Vince's Settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, stops all access. Contact: avidtechusa@gmail.com.
